Description
The 2006 Texas Comprehensive Center Annual Forum hosted 3 person teams from 100 high needs schools for a 2-day working session which included the following goals:
Participants will:
1. Heighten their awareness of NCLB requirements
2. Increase knowledge and skills they need to meet school improvement requirements
3. Identify and prioritize actions for implementing an improvement strategy
4. Network with resource providers and peers
The forum was designed for three person teams that included the principal and two instructional leaders which included instructional coaches, teacher leaders, department heads, or other administrators.
The event was held in San Antonio and was attended by over 317 participants.
